Establishment of the Pangkalusugang Tanggapan ng Nampicuan in Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija
Republic Act No. 7426, enacted on April 14, 1992, converts the municipal hospital in Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija, into a health office called the Nampicuan Health Office, which will have five beds. The law allocates funding necessary for its implementation to be included in the General Appropriations Act for the following year and subsequent years. It becomes effective upon its enactment. The act was published in the Official Gazette on June 15, 1992.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7426
ISANG BATAS NA BUMABAGO SA PAMBAYANG PAGAMUTAN SA BAYAN NG NAMPICUAN, LALAWIGAN NG NWEBA ESIHA, NA MAGING ISANG PANGKALUSUGANG TANGGAPAN NA MAY LIMANG KAMA, NA TATAWAGING PANGKALUSUGANG TANGGAPAN NG NAMPICUAN, AT NAGLALAAN NG PONDO PARA DITO
SEKSYON 1. Ang pambayang pagamutan sa Bayan ng Nampicuan, Lalawigan ng Nweba Esiha, ay binabago sa pamamagitan ng Batas na ito na maging isang pangkalusugang tanggapan na may limang kama, na tatawaging Pangkalusugang Tanggapan ng Nampicuan. cdt
SEKSYON 2. Ang halagang kakailanganin upang ipatupad ang mga probisyon ng Batas na ito ay isasama sa Batas ng Pangkalahatang Gugulin sa susunod na taon matapos pagtibayin ang Batas na ito at sa iba pang sumusunod na taon pagkaraan nito.
SEKSYON 3. Ang Batas na ito ay magkakabisa sa sandaling mapagtibay.
