Establishment of the Pangkalusugang Tanggapan ng Cuyapo in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija
Republic Act No. 7427, enacted on April 14, 1992, transforms the municipal hospital in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, into a health office known as the Cuyapo Health Office, equipped with five beds. The law allocates funding necessary for its implementation, to be included in the General Appropriations Act in the following fiscal year and subsequent years. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7427
ISANG BATAS NA BUMABAGO SA PAMBAYANG PAGAMUTAN SA BAYAN NG CUYAPO, LALAWIGAN NG NWEBA ESIHA, NA MAGING ISANG PANGKALUSUGANG TANGGAPAN NA MAY LIMANG KAMA, NA TATAWAGING PANGKALUSUGANG TANGGAPAN NG CUYAPO, AT NAGLALAAN NG PONDO PARA DITO
SEKSYON 1. Ang pambayang pagamutan sa Bayan ng Cuyapo, Lalawigan ng Nweba Esiha, ay binabago sa pamamagitan ng Batas na ito na maging isang pangkalusugang tanggapan na may limang kama, na tatawaging Pangkalusugang Tanggapan ng Cuyapo.
SEKSYON 2. Ang halagang kakailanganin upang ipatupad ang mga probisyon ng Batas na ito ay isasama sa Batas ng Pangkalahatang Gugulin sa susunod na taon matapos pagtibayin ang Batas na ito at sa iba pang sumusunod na taon pagkaraan nito.
SEKSYON 3. Ang Batas na ito ay magkakabisa sa sandaling mapagtibay.
