ESTABLISHING THE 1986 INVESTMENT PRIORITIES PLAN

In accordance with the specific recommendations stated in the memorandum of the Chairman of the Board of Investments dated 22 January 1986, the proposed 1986 Investment Priorities Plan is hereby approved. casia
