REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7753
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TAGBITAN-AG, MUNICIPALITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Tagbitan-ag, Municipality of Samal, Province of Davao, to be known as the Tagbitan-ag National High School. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
