REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7807
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. TERESITA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. TERESITA HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Sta. Teresita High School. acd
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
