REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3430

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A FRESH WATER FISHERY SCHOOL IN THE BARRIO OF PANGUL, MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a fresh water fishery school in the barrio of Pangul, Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Solana Fresh Water Fishery School. cd i

SECTION 2. The Director of Public Schools shall, with the approval of the Secretary of Education, issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
