REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3530
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL FOR PHILIPPINE CRAFTSMEN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUCBAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOME INDUSTRIES DIVISION OF THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a school for Philippine craftsmen in the Municipality of Lucban, Province of Quezon, which shall be under the supervision and administration of the Home Industries Division of the Bureau of Public Schools.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the salaries and wages of personnel, for the operation and maintenance of the school, for the construction of the needed buildings, and for the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
