REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3922
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VOCATIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a vocational and industrial high school in the Municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, to be known as Santiago Vocational and Industrial High School.
SECTION 2. The Director of Vocational Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, the necessary funds needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
