REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7765
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE OANARI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUNA, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Oanari National High School in the Municipality of Luna, Province of La Union. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on June 19, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
