REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7856
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN VICENTE MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan, to be known as the San Vicente Municipal Hospital. cdt
SECTION 2. The Department of Health in consultation and coordination with local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of the Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law; thereafter, funds necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code. cdt
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
