Establishment of Floridablanca National Agricultural School in Pampanga

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3901

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FLORIDABLANCA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS FLORIDABLANCA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national agricultural school in the Municipality of Floridablanca, Province of Pampanga, to be known as Floridablanca National Agricultural School: Provided, That a suitable site of at least one hundred hectares of contiguous rich agricultural land shall be acquired.

SECTION 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the Municipality of Floridablanca, Province of Pampanga, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school and farm sites. cd i

SECTION 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the first year. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
