Establishment of Dr. Felix T. Reyes Memorial Hospital in Malolos, Bulacan
Batas Pambansa Blg. 632, enacted on June 24, 1983, establishes the Dr. Felix T. Reyes Memorial Hospital in Barangay Pamarawan, Malolos, Bulacan. This municipal hospital will have a capacity of ten beds and will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. Funding for its construction and initial operation will not exceed 750,000 pesos, allocated from existing appropriations for new or expanded hospitals. Future operational costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 14, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY PAMARAWAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALOLOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DR. FELIX T. REYES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in Barangay Pamarawan in the Municipality of Malolos, Province of Bulacan, to be known as Dr. Felix T. Reyes Memorial Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
