REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7744
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE DATU CALACA MEMORIAL NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARANTAO, FIRST DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national comprehensive high school in Marantao, Lanao del Sur, to be known as the Datu Calaca Memorial National Comprehensive High School, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
