Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Buluan, Maguindanao

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 119
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULUAN, PROVINCE OF MAGUINDANAO, TO BE KNOWN AS BULUAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Buluan, Province of Maguindanao, to be known as Buluan Emergency hospital. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of this hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
