REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7762
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALOMPON, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALFREDO PARILLA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a comprehensive public high school in Barangay San Miguel, Municipality of Palompon, Province of Leyte, to be known as the Alfredo Parilla National High School. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
