Establishment of a Vocational School in Pinukpuk, Mountain Province
Republic Act No. 4429, enacted on June 19, 1965, establishes the Pinukpuk Vocational School in the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The Act authorizes the President of the Philippines to allocate public land for the school site based on recommendations from the Director. Additionally, it appropriates 100,000 pesos from the National Treasury for the school's establishment, operation, and maintenance, with future funding to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on September 19, 1966.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4429
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINUKPUK, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS PINUKPUK VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a vocational school in the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, to be known as Pinukpuk Vocational School.
SECTION 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school site.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year. Thereafter, the necessary sums for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
