BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 251
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FISHERY SCHOOL AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANDRES, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ANDRES SCHOOL OF FISHERIES
SECTION 1. There shall be established a fishery school at the Municipality of San Andres, Province of Romblon, to be known as the San Andres School of Fisheries.
The Director of Secondary Education shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement this Act.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
