Establishment of a Municipal Hospital in Valderama, Antique

Batas Pambansa Blg. 638, enacted on June 30, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Valderama, Antique, to be known as the Valderama Municipal Hospital. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, with initial funding not exceeding 750,000 pesos provided from previously allocated appropriations for health facilities. Future operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was officially published in the Gazette in May 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALDERAMA, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE VALDERAMA MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Valderama, Province of Antique, to be known as the Valderama Municipal Hospital. asia dc

SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
