Establishment of a Municipal Hospital in Tarangnan, Samar
Batas Pambansa Blg. 445, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Tarangnan, Samar, known as the Tarangnan Municipal Hospital. The hospital will be constructed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, with funding not exceeding 750,000 pesos sourced from appropriations for new or expanded hospitals. Ongoing operational and maintenance costs will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 2, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TARANGNAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS TARANGNAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar, to be known as Tarangnan Municipal Hospital. The hospital shall be located at the Poblacion of the said municipality. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
