Establishment of a Municipal Hospital in Malay, Aklan

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 417
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALAY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan, to be known as the Malay Municipal Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
