BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 541
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARILI, PROVINCE OF CEBU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARILI MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Barili Municipal Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
