In line with the capacity building program of this office and pursuant to the pertinent provisions of Executive Order No. 79 and its implementing rules and regulations, a mining central database in the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Central Office is hereby established, as listed in Annex A hereof.
All Divisions concerned are given a period of three (3) months from receipt hereof to populate the said database. The management and maintenance, including the updating of each database component shall be the responsibility of the Division(s) concerned.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
