AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAWAYAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health), in the Municipality of Cawayan, Province of Masbate, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital, to be known as the Cawayan District Hospital. cd

SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be made operational.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
