Establishing an Extension Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Quezon

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11433
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), an extension office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Quezon.
SECTION 2. The LTO Extension Office shall cater to the needs of the people from all barangays of the Municipality of Infanta and the neighboring municipalities of Real and General Nakar, Province of Quezon as well as in the five (5) island municipalities of Polillo, Burdeos, Panukulan, Patnanungan and Jomalig in the First Congressional District of the Province of Quezon.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of the DOTr shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Quezon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. ETHIDa
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
