REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11276
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBIGON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Bohol District Office, an LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Tubigon, Province of Bohol.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Tubigon, Province of Bohol, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of Transportation shall issue the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. acEHCD
