Effectivity of the 2012 NLRC Sheriff's Manual on Execution of Judgment and the New Provisions and Amendments to the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure
On January 2, 2013, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) announced that the 2012 NLRC Sheriff's Manual on Execution of Judgment, along with new provisions and amendments to the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure, will take effect on January 11, 2013. These documents were published in The Maynila Times and Malaya Business Insight on December 27, 2012. For easy access, the Sheriff's Manual and the updated rules have been made available on the NLRC website. This memorandum serves to inform relevant parties of these important updates in labor law procedures.

Please be advised that the 2012 NLRC Sheriff's Manual on Execution of Judgment and the New Provisions and Amendments to the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure will be effective on 11 January 2013. cIDHSC
Said 2012 NLRC Sheriff's Manual on Execution of Judgment and the New Provisions and Amendments to the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure were published in The Maynila Times and Malaya Business Insight on 27 December 2012. We have uploaded the Sheriff's Manual and the new provisions and amendments to the 2011 Rules in the NLRC Website: nlrc.dole.gov.ph. for your ready reference.
