REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9079
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DIVISORIA, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS DIVISORIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Divisoria, City of Zamboanga, to be known as Divisoria National High School. EHITaS
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
