CREATING AND DESIGNATING FOUR PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING MISIBIS RESORTS AND ESTATES TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE LOCATED AT CAGRARAY ISLAND, BARANGAY MISIBIS, BACACAY, ALBAY PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate four parcels of land, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolutions No. 02-342 dated 10 October 2002 and 08-656 dated 10 November 2008, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, located at Cagraray Island, Barangay Misibis, Bacacay, Albay to form part of the existing Misibis Resorts and Estates Tourism Economic Zone, with an aggregate area of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Five (125,435) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: CaEIST
