PROPOSED PROCLAMATION CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MADUYA, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMONA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING PEOPLE'S TECHNOLOGY COMPLEX-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 09-546 dated 28 October 2009 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land located at Barangay Maduya, Carmona, Cavite for inclusion to the existing People's Technology Complex-Special Economic Zone with an area of Sixty Thousand (60,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: AHCcET

"Lot 362-B-1

A parcel of Land (Lot 362-B-1 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-309479, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 562-B, Psd-04-001924-D, Lot 1944 Carmona Cadastre LRC Rec. No. 55900) situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Carmona, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., & SE., by Lot 1 to 6 by Lot 562-A, Lot 1943, Carmona Cad; on the SE., points 6 to 7 by Lot 562-B-5; and points 7 to 8 by Lot 562-B-4, both of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 8 to 1 by Lot 562-F, Lot 1848, Carmona Cadastre, Carmona-Dasmariñas Road.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan, being N. 26 deg. 21' E., 501.66 m. from BLLM 2 Carmona Cad.

thence N. 24 deg. 22' W., 28.70 m. to point 4;

thence N. 23 deg. 29' W., 109.33 m. to point 7;

thence N. 23 deg. 29' W., 71.72 m. to point 8;

thence N. 68 deg. 57' E., 334.41 m. to the point of

beginning containing an area of Sixty Thousand (60,000) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 to 5 by Old P.S. and the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date of original survey, August 1940-May 1941, and the rest of the subdivision survey, executed by Godofredo B. Gabida, G.E. on June 15-16, 1982."
