CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED ALONG SOUTH SUPER HIGHWAY, CORNER FILMORE AND EMILIA STREETS, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-233 dated 13 June 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Cash and Carry Mall as an Information Technology Center which stands on a certain parcel of land of the private domain located along South Super Highway, corner Filmore and Emilia Streets, Makati City, with an area of Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two (31,472) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A as shown on subdivision plan, Psd-007602-031097-D, being a portion of Lot 1, (LRC) Pcs-2796, LRC Record No. 2029), situated in Barangay Palanan, Municipality of Makati, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2-3 by Calle Emilia 12.00 m. wide (Road Lot 9, Psd-19508); along lines 3 to 8 by Lot 9, Block 58, Psd-21141; on the SW., along lines 8-12 by Street Lot 6-B, Calle Batangas (Calle Filmore 15.00 wide); along lines 12-14 by Street Lot 5-B, both of (LRC) Psd-8841; on the NW., along line 14-15 by Lot 28, Block 36 (Canal), (LRC) Psd-21141; and on the NE., along lines 15 to 17 by Lot 1-B of the subdivision plan; along 17-1 by Lot 2, (LRC) Pcs-2796
