CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING LOCATED ALONG J.P. LAUREL AVENUE, DAVAO CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby created and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-313 dated 26 June 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Robinsons Cybergate Davao as an Information Technology Center which stands on a Ten Thousand Six Hundred Sixty * (10,600)-square meter lot, located along J. P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City, as defined by the following technical description:

"Lot B-1-B-2-C, (LRC) Psd-6992

A parcel of land (Lot B-1-B-2-C of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6992, being a portion of Lot B-1-B-2, Psd-46632 (GLRO) Record No. 15986), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., and SE., points 1-3 by Lot B-1-B-2-E; on the SW., points 3-4 by Lot B-1-B-2-A; and on the NW., points 4-1 by Lot B-1-B-2-D, all of the subdivision plan. CIAcSa

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 0 deg. 23'E., 2527.53 m. from Mon. 4 D.T.S.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot B-1-B-2-C of plan (LRC) Psd-6992; on NE., along line 2-3 by Lot B-1-B-2-E-3-B-3 of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by National Highway; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot B-1-B-2-E-3-B-1 of the subdivision plan.
