DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, Thursday, September 10, 2009, marks the 9th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Jose del Monte with the theme: "Produktibong San Joseño Nagpupunyagi, Sa Hamon ng Buhay, Nagwawagi";
WHEREAS, in order to give the residents of the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan the opportunity to celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 10, 2009 as special (non-working) day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 10, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan. AcISTE
