DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN
WHEREAS, Thursday, February 12, 2009, marks the 11th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. aDSAEI
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 12, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
