PROCLAMATION NO. 2426
DECLARING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 1985 THE 4TH CENTENNIAL OF THE CITY OF LAOAG
WHEREAS, the year 1985 marks the 400th year anniversary of Laoag City;
WHEREAS, the residents of Laoag City and the Province of Ilocos Norte desire to have full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the month of December 1985 as 4th Centennial of the City of Laoag". I call upon all government agencies to assist the organizers to make the celebration a success. aisa dc
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 4th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five.
