DECLARING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 1985 THE 4TH CENTENNIAL OF THE CITY OF LAOAG
WHEREAS, the year 1985 marks the 400th year anniversary of Laoag City;
WHEREAS, the residents of Laoag City and the Province of Ilocos Norte desire to have full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the month of December 1985 as 4th Centennial of the City of Laoag".
