PROCLAMATION NO. 1650
DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 21, 2008, marks the 55th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. HCTaAS
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 21, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 20th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
