REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6709
AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER FIVE OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
SECTION 1. November five of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the Province of Negros Occidental. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, February 10, 1989.
