PROCLAMATION NO. 324
DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the ''Buglasan Festival" in the month of October of every year; and
WHEREAS, to allow the people of the Province of Negros Oriental to celebrate and participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has requested that 20 October 2017 be declared as a special non-working day in the Province of Negros Oriental;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 October 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
