PROCLAMATION NO. 1919
DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental will be celebrating the Buglasan Festival on October 16-25, 2009;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Negros Oriental the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan requested that October 23, 2009 be declared as special non-working day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, October 23, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental. SaCIAE
