PROCLAMATION NO. 1646
DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Thursday, November 13, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. HAICET
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 13, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley.
