Proclamation No. 2008, issued on February 22, 2010, designates March 8, 2010, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley. DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Monday, March 8, 2010, marks the "Bulawan Festival 2010": 12th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley; EaISDC

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, March 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
