PROCLAMATION NO. 2358

DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 28, 1984 AS "ARAW NG MABINI" IN MABINI, DAVAO

WHEREAS, Monday, May 28, 1984, marks the charter anniversary of the Municipality of Mabini, Davao; and acd

WHEREAS, the residents of the municipality of Mabini should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate with appropriate ceremonies this important event in their town's history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare May 28, 1984, as "Araw ng Mabini". The day, however, shall be regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
