PROCLAMATION NO. 2085
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 2010, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES
WHEREAS, the Presidential inaugural ceremonies for the incoming President of the Republic of the Philippines will be held on June 30, 2010; EHASaD
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that all citizens of our country be given full opportunity to witness and welcome this historic event in the life of the nation.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, 30 June 2010, as a Special Non-Working day throughout the Philippines.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
