REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9210
AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 18 OF EACH YEAR AS NAGA CITY CHARTER DAY AND A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA IN ORDER TO COMMEMORATE THE CHARTER ANNIVERSARY OF THE SAID CITY," THEREBY REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9089, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. In order to commemorate the charter anniversary of the City of Naga, June 18 of each year is hereby declared as Naga City Charter Day and a special nonworking holiday in the said city.
SECTION 2. This Act shall repeal Republic Act No. 9089.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
