Proclamation No. 1717, issued on January 30, 2009, declares January 31, 2009, as a special non-working day in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, in observance of Public Servants' Day. This proclamation allows the residents to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. The declaration was made by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita, under the authority of then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The proclamation was officially published in the Official Gazette on March 23, 2009.

DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON
WHEREAS, Saturday, January 31, 2009, the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon marks the observance of Public Servants' Day; HIDCTA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, January 31, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
