REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9411
AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 22 OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR TO COMMEMORATE ITS ANNIVERSARY AS A CITY
SECTION 1. January 22 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Vigan, Ilocos Sur to commemorate its anniversary as a city. TICAcD
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
