Republic Act No. 9413, enacted on March 24, 2007, designates April 3 of each year as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Luisiana, Laguna. This day commemorates the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and celebrates the "Pandanan Festival." The law will take effect 15 days after being published in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9413
AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA TO CELEBRATE THE "ARAW NG LUBUSANG KALAYAAN BILANG BAYAN NG LUISIANA, LAGUNA" AND THE "PANDANAN FESTIVAL"
SECTION 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Luisiana, Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the "Pandanan Festival". aSTECI
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
