WHEREAS, Wednesday, January 20, 2010, marks the celebration of the feast day of St. Sebastian, the patron saint of the City of Lipa; TAIEcS
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 20, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
