REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8058
AN ACT AMENDING SECTION TWO OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 260, AS AMENDED, DECLARING AS HISTORICAL LANDMARK ALL ANCESTRAL HOUSES ALONG RIZAL STREET, SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 260, as amended, is hereby further amended to include as historical landmark all ancestral houses along Rizal Street, Silay City, Negros Occidental. cd
SECTION 2. The executive director and/or chairman of the National Historical Institute shall implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act shall be repealed or amended accordingly.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
* Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
