PROCLAMATION NO. 9
DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MLANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, Monday, August 3 & 4, 2010, mark the 59th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato; aDHScI
WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requested that Tuesday, August 3, 2010, be declared as a non-working holiday in the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 3, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Mlang, Province of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
