REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9412
AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 20 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DULAG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS "MUNICIPAL FOUNDATION DAY"
SECTION 1. To commemorate the creation of the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte, August 20 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the said municipality to be known as "Municipal Foundation Day". cIHCST
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
