Declaring August 20 of Every Year a Special Nonworking Holiday in Dulag, Leyte
Republic Act No. 9412, enacted on March 24, 2007, designates August 20 each year as a special nonworking holiday in Dulag, Leyte, to be celebrated as "Municipal Foundation Day." This law aims to commemorate the establishment of the municipality. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.

AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 20 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DULAG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS "MUNICIPAL FOUNDATION DAY"
SECTION 1. To commemorate the creation of the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte, August 20 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the said municipality to be known as "Municipal Foundation Day". cIHCST
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
